1. Who we are

GymRobot ("GymRobot", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by GymRobot LLC. By accessing or using GymRobot (the "Service"), you are entering into a binding agreement with GymRobot LLC.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

GymRobot provides AI-generated training plans, workout tracking, progress logging, and related fitness tools. Content produced by the Service is for general informational and training purposes only and is not medical, physiotherapy, or professional health advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Send fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or spam content;
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware or bypassing rate limits;
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by GymRobot LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (workouts, notes, progress data). You grant GymRobot a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

8. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate training plans and recommendations. You understand that AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them and for verifying that any exercise is appropriate for your health, fitness level, and equipment. GymRobot does not provide medical advice, and AI outputs should not be treated as such.

You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that infringes third-party rights. We may filter, remove, or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Terms of Service. Subscription fees renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymRobot disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymRobot's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GymRobot LLC from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GymRobot LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
